Portland Community College(PCC)位于美国俄勒冈州波特兰市，是奥勒冈州规模最大的最高学府。本校每年注册学生人数高达98000人，其中包括来自全球50个不同国家的学生。

传统的专科：与续本对口的课程、双学历课程、一学期到两年的职业与技术教育再教育、为了提高职业技术水平和职业资历的课程项目安排社区教育、以娱乐和个人发展为目的，在家附近或网上学习成人教育和专科大学预科班、完成高中学业并获取文凭，为以后的人生发展与学业发展做准备。
或者为了提高英语水平国际留学生课程、为来美国留学的学生设计的课程安排商务与工业中心、为企业集团提供的培训学院的基金会为优秀学生提供奖学金。
